Pathloss End License Agreement
The Pathloss 5, Pathloss 5 Link and Ant_Rad programs (hereafter referred to as Software) are protected by interna-tional copyright law and are the property of Contract Telecommunication Engineering Ltd. Therefore, you must treat this Software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book), except that you may either make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer the Software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may transfer the Software and documentation on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the re-cipient agrees to the terms of this license statement. Except as provided in this statement, you may not transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, translate, sublicense, time-share or electronically transmit or receive the Software, media or documentation. You acknowledge that the Software is the property of Contract Telecommunication Engineering Ltd. and therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt to de-cipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software.
Limited Warranty
Use of the Pathloss 5, Pathloss 5 Link and Ant_Rad programs acknowledges this statement of limited warranty. CTE warrants the physical media and physical documentation to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date. CTE specifically disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to loss of profit, special, incidental or consequential damages or the fitness of the program for any purpose. Specifically, CTE makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation are "error free," or meet any user's particular standards, requirements or needs. In all events, any implied warranty, representation, condition or other term is limited to the physical media and documentation within the 90 day period.
